Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: 2026-04-20

1. Parties

This agreement is between you (“Buyer”) and Liknia operating this website (the “Seller”). By placing an order, you accept this agreement together with the Terms of Service and other policies linked at checkout. Identity and contact details of the seller are those published on the site and the Contact page as updated from time to time.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject is the purchase of the digital service package you select at the prices shown in the order summary. The main characteristics, quantity, and price are as displayed before you confirm the purchase. The service is a digital content service; no physical good is delivered.

3. Product and pre-contract information

The service pages describe what is included, how delivery works at a high level, and any important limitations. You are responsible for providing correct and complete input (for example, public link or handle). We may refuse or cancel an order in case of clear abuse, fraud, or impossibility of delivery, and in such cases we will return any payment in line with the Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Price, payment, and record

The total price, including applicable taxes and fees, is shown before you pay. You pay through the available payment method. A confirmation is generated after a successful order. You may access your order history when logged in. We do not use hidden recurring charges for one-off service purchases without clear disclosure.

5. Performance and delivery

The service is provided digitally, starting in accordance with the product description, generally after your payment is successful. “Delivery” means the processing and provision of the digital service toward the target you specified, not a physical shipment. Some delays or adjustments may occur due to platform or volume factors outside our full control; estimated times on the product page are not a guarantee of a specific platform outcome.

6. Right of withdrawal (distance sales, digital content)

If you are a consumer, statutory distance-selling rules may give you a cooling-off right in your jurisdiction, subject to the rules that apply to digital content. In many cases, if you have expressly consented to immediate start of the digital service before the end of a withdrawal period, and you were informed of losing that right, you may not withdraw once performance has started. The Returns & Refunds page describes when refunds may still be considered, including when performance cannot occur due to an issue for which we are responsible.

7. Law and complaints

To the extent not overridden by mandatory law in your country, disputes are subject to the terms and law stated in the Terms of Service, including the jurisdiction and complaint mechanisms described there. You may also use out-of-court resolution channels that apply in your place of residence if available.
